This publication presents the results of ARGA Observatory’s long-term research and analytical work concerning the corporate conflict surrounding PJSC TogliattiAzot (TOAZ). As part of this project, ARGA developed a substantial documentary archive comprising judicial materials, corporate records, procedural documents, expert assessments, international submissions, and analytical studies.
The publication also provides an overview of ARGA’s international activities aimed at preserving documentary evidence, preparing analytical materials, and informing international institutions, professional legal organizations, rule-of-law stakeholders, and compliance and due diligence professionals.
The report outlines the development of the archive, the principal areas of research, and the international actions undertaken by ARGA in connection with the matter. The materials are presented in a documentary and analytical format and are intended for independent review by researchers, legal professionals, compliance specialists, corporate-governance experts, and institutions involved in international cooperation and risk assessment.
Citation Rules
