Observatoire ARGA is an independent international analytical and human-rights center focused on identifying, documenting, and legally assessing cases of arbitrary criminal prosecution, violations of procedural safeguards, and breaches of international obligations by states.
The Center produces master dossiers, analytical reports, and legal assessments intended for use by international institutions, including UN bodies, the Council of Europe, INTERPOL mechanisms, diplomatic missions, and intergovernmental frameworks. Particular attention is given to cases involving business pressure, foreign investors, economic disputes, and the misuse of criminal proceedings for non-legitimate purposes.
Observatoire ARGA’s mission is to establish international protection frameworks, enhance transparency, safeguard fundamental human rights, and reinforce the rule of law in cross-border and international contexts.
