In April 2026, ARGA Observatory completed an extensive international distribution campaign of its analytical report series, focusing on critical aspects of transnational justice, extradition, sanctions pressure, and digital risks. The materials were disseminated to European Union institutions, national regulators, judicial authorities, and international human rights organizations.
Key Objectives and Outcomes:
- Informing Regulators: Bringing expert perspectives to relevant agencies regarding the risks of misusing international mechanisms (INTERPOL, extradition requests).
- Practical Value: Providing tools to assess politically motivated prosecutions, analyze de-risking practices, and identify manipulations of sanctions narratives.
- Institutional Presence: Strengthening ARGA’s status as an independent analytical platform across key jurisdictions and international financial institutions.
Each package included formal cover letters and official publications with DOI indexing, establishing a foundation for long-term expert engagement with the recipients.
