This publication examines digital communication platforms as a modern operational environment for organized crime and provides practical recommendations for countering criminal networks in the digital domain. The study explores the transformation of organized crime in the context of digitalization and analyzes how communication platforms, messenger services, and online ecosystems are used for recruitment, coordination, financial support, concealment, and expansion of criminal activities.

Particular attention is devoted to the responsibilities of law enforcement agencies and state security authorities in identifying, analyzing, and disrupting organized criminal activity in digital environments. The publication addresses issues related to digital intelligence, criminal analysis, financial monitoring, standardization of digital evidence, interagency cooperation, and the development of national early-warning and prevention systems.
