The TPK “Asia” Case (Kazakhstan): Asset Expropriation, Coercion, and International Protection Mechanisms
The ARGA Observatory analytical and legal report is dedicated to the TPK “Asia” case (Republic of Kazakhstan) and examines a complex set of corporate, property, and procedural circumstances related to the applicants’ loss of control over the company and its key assets.
