ARGA Observatory Invited to Testify at USTR (Section 301) Hearings in Washington

ARGA Observatory has received a formal invitation to testify at public hearings in Washington, D.C. (at the U.S. International Trade Commission) as part of the Section 301 proceedings initiated by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR).
