Based on UN Basic Principles, ECtHR practice, and the ICC Code, ARGA experts demonstrate where mandate limits lie: the prohibition of identifying lawyers with their clients, conflict of interest management, limits on disclosure, and disciplinary accountability. A practical model for mandate management in cross-border procedures is proposed.
